My Lenovo X201 tablet boots sideways then switches to normal view.?

When I first boot the tablet PC it automatically boots sidelong in portrait mode then once on Windows 7 main screen turns to landscape view. It only sttarted happening on its own. I already tried setting 0 degrees in my graphics card.

How do I make my integrated webcam work on my Lenovo x201 tablet?

Sometimes the webcam appears and sometimes it doesn't. On the Lenovo PC Doctor, it says that the cadency mark is unknown. I've disconnected all of the external devices and only the Internal Webcam is missing.

Please help!
