I am planning to buy an unlocked BlackJack II (unquestionably on ebay) and I was wondering if I could sign up for T-animated's Total Internet Plan. If so, what's the haler way to do it? Should I buy a T-mobile sim online and then activate it, or can I lawful tell the T-mobile guys that I have my own phone that I would like to use with their devise?
Well, you can switch a T-Mobile plan either way. After you activate you can far add the data plan via the website. There's nothing that says that you have use T-Alert's phones but if you are starting up a brand new account, go into the reservoir and get one of their free phones that's included with the blueprint. You don't have to use it because you could use your Blackjack instead but why turn down a rescue phone? You could keep it as a backup or sell it.
Also, don't buy the $30 Full Internet Plan. You can get the same http browsing through the $5.99 T-Responsive Web plan. T-Mobile will tell you that T-Transportable Web can only do wap browsing but that's not true. If you adjust the connections settings in your phone you can get full internet.
I over recall the current data limit is 1000MB per month for the $5.99 outline. That's ALOT.

How do you muse over the LG Ally compares to the standard Motorola Droid ? I'm seeing that Verizon is tournament them for $49 now, so they seem to have quite a price advantage over the Droid, but am prying about whether it is more comparable to the Droid or the lighter-weight Gobble up ? -- Robert, via e-mail
I think the LG Ally compares favorably to the Droid, as the Droid is almost a year old and the Associate is relatively new. The Ally is also much slimmer, which is great if you control about size. I also think it's better than the Devour, which, as you aciform out, is a lot chintzier in comparison.
However, I do think that one of the Droid successors, the Droid X , might have the Band together beat (Thanks to techfr3ak in the comments for reminding me about the Droid 2). The 4.3-inch vaunt is stunning, and the 8-megapixel camera is really weighty for a camera phone. That said, the Droid X doesn't have a natural keyboard, and the Ally does. In fact, I make bold say the Ally has one of the best physical keyboards of most of the Android phones I've seen. Also, the Droid X is $199.99, which is a lot more than the $49 Associate. So it really depends on what you want out of a phone, and whether bounty is important to you.

This is a seemingly simple question, but it merits some elucidation. For newer phones, like with Android smartphones, you can condign go to the settings and hit reset to factory defaults, which will blot everything. But for older models, you might have to do everything by hand. I don't have the Z6C with me at the moment, but I suspicious an easy way to transfer contacts would be to transfer all your contacts over to a SIM credit card, making sure the contacts are successfully transferred, and then hitting "Remove All" in the phone book. With photos, I would try to transfer them to an exterior storage card (the Z6C has a microSD card fit), and the same goes for music and videos. Another way to store your figures would be to attach the phone to the computer via USB, and try to drag and drop the phone's folders to your desktop.
