skype is a SIP care....!


you can use them together on your computer, but not with the adopter....because, each service has a peculiar protocol.....!

if you wanna get a wifi skype phone, you would have to do it via USB seaport.......while the the vonage adopter plugs precisely into the modem/and /or router........however your set up is on your computer!!!

i have the usb phone adapter for skype and wanna use it to cause pc-pc calls from yahoo or gtalk... is there any way that i can do this ??? plz lend a hand me if u can..... i wud be very grateful to u.. thanks

No, Skype and GTalk are split up networks. That phone adapter was made to work principled for Skype. So, no. But I did read that they are working on making the two to toil together.

When using the usb phone plugged into my computer thats the same as computer to computer straight off?? so it will be free still? Is it better to use a usb phone or a headset?
