I have a in the end good discount on all the phones and my last smartphone had really bad water damage. It was an HTC Ozone, and I really liked it. I'm not sure if I craving that or something else. What are some good ones?

I would say either the Droid X or Samsung Charm. Both are unique phones with great touch screens and user interfaces. The Fascinate doesn't have the Android 2.2 update yet but it will be getting it without delay. The Droid X does have 2.

I am currently with AT&T. Whilom before to September 6th of last year, I was an avid admirer and user of smartphones. But since then, AT&T has imposed a required evidence plan for all smartphone users.

That can be a dwarf tricky. I bought a used iPhone and my old phone didn't have a data plan. Once I activated the phone they told me I had to have the details.
