I have a new LG Ally smartphone. I am unceasing Pandora, but how do you exit the program? Do I just pause the song, or do I have to power down the phone? I think about Pandora will still run in the background and use up data if I just pause it.

You can wait the song and go back to the home screen, or if you want it completely off you can go to menu > settings > applications > pandora > also pressurize quit.

Ok..so I am purposes getting the LG Ally SmartPhone. (thank god. My Chocolate 2 dinosaur is really acting up. lolz) And I have a few questions.
1.) The facts package is every month, correct? Like, we would pay $30 for it every month?

The include has so many things!...I Have an Lg Ally, i use to have the envy touch which i hated. I wanted an upgrade but i didn't fancy to go to an all touch phone, i have to have a keyboard. so if your a key board person this phone is great.

Yes the $29.99 figures package for the phone is a monthly charge that is required for all smart phones. It included endless 3G internet coverage for the phone. If you are looking into smart phones why don't you check out the new Droid X?

Whenever I try to place a video to a new message it says "message size limit reached, pitiful you cannot add this video to your message.
Androids have categorically high picture/video quality, which makes the size of the file bigger than if you were recording a video with a simpler demean quality cellphone.
