I have a hp EliteBook 2740p Tablet PC. I demand to be able to use the camera to take pictures and videos, but I can't figure out how to turn it on. Which program do I use?

Assuming the drivers for your webcam are installed you straight need a piece of software that can use the webcam as an input device. Windows Live Motion picture Maker is one free program you can use.

I am looking to buy an imported Windows 7 tablet or the Asus EEE T91MT. I take the role games like Diner Dash and a lot of games from Viva Media. I do not play in the browser but buy the CD, I have an exotic drive so installing will not be a problem.

Yes, It would put on non-HD videos smoothly and games like Diner Dash would surely run without any problems. There are some pocket laptops that have better graphic cards but would cost more like double so I think this laptop would do the job.
