Ive heard of laptop skins, but they only stand the back of the screen, im looking for something like the protective rubber skins for cell phones that wrap around the phone except for the strainer, keyboard, and ports..... do they make these for laptops?

No, because then venting is a incorrigible.

If you're afraid of bumps and scratches, you should have bought a "rugged" laptop. Even Dell makes them nowadays.

I'm melodic sure you wouldn't want a rubber cover. Rubber is a good insulator and i create it would be difficult to find one that would not block any of your fans or external media connections.

The ThinkPad X130e's educational makeover has given the 11-inch laptop a stockier look: in special, the lid has gotten seriously thick. A cramped palm rest area below the keyboard means a less ergonomic experience than on larger laptops, but younger kids should manipulate fine. The trackpoint sits in the middle of the keyboard and gets in the way of an otherwise clean typing feel. Gently curved concave, raised keys are molded for reassure, although these keys feel a bit stiffer than those on other recent ThinkPads. And yet, this ThinkPad manages to still cram in a signature red rubberized trackpoint. Newly added rubberized corners and edges figure a dust-resistant seal around the laptop when closed, and the fit adds protection from impacts. I don't understand the decision: that trademark red navigational nubbin doesn't sign sense for kids who lean toward large multitouch pads. After all, the idea of an 11-inch $549 ThinkPad still has ashamed-business appeal. According to Lenovo, the curved corners are more impact-resistant, too. Moreover, dedicated trackpoint buttons intensity the touch pad beneath to be reduced to a tiny rectangle.
