How do I configure my MSI Wind notebook to connect to wireless lan?
My MSI Wind Notebook cannot link to the wireless LAN at the Office. It can detect the wireless signal but cannot get IP Lecture.
Friend your IT department. Most companies use MAC ID filtering for their wireless networks. If you computer's ID is not registered, you will not be allowed on the network.

Did I make the right choice when I chose the MSI Wind over the Lenovo S10 netbook?
After several weeks of researching the new netbooks, I narrowed my register down to only 2 choices. The MSI Wind and the Lenovo S10. Both are very nearly the same, but I decided on the MSI Wind due to it was $50 cheaper and came with a heedful case. Any comments?
MSI makes goodness motherboards and components. can probably be suitable in knowing you bought a machine from a suite that makes good parts.
at the end of the day...$50 isn't that much spondulicks. if you're paranoid, should have gone with IBM for the label security. but... if the specs were similiar and you're virtually knowledgeable with computers. you'll undoubtedly not have any problems.
and the one time i had to RMA a system's ship aboard to MSI it was relatively painless...so their support is at least mannerly.

MSI WInd U100 will not connect to my wireless network any suggestions for a solution?
Any ideas how to metamorphose into the issue would be appreciated. Is this a common ungovernable with MSI wind netbooks?

What is the maximum amount of RAM the MSI WIND 10" laptop can hold?
I'm looking to buy a MSI WIND 10" laptop. Everywhere i look, it says it comes with 1GB RAM, but it doesn't say the apogee amount of RAM it can hold. Does anyone know what the max amount of RAM it can subscribe to? It is just 1GB?
The laptop will be gifted to hold a max of 2GB RAM.

When will the Msi Wind Netbook come to Best Buy?
On the Most Buy website, it says that the Msi Wind is coming ere long. It is the us-641 version, not the outlet construct. Does anyone know the exact discharge date?
I picked one up at BB last blackness. Manager sold it to me even though he said they won't be convenient in the store until this Sunday.
I was looking for the egress version, but he mentioned to me that they received a shipment of the 641us and they were locked up in the back.

MSI Wind Top AE2220: A Jekyll of Great Upgrades Meets a Hyde of a Display Washington Post
MSI gives AMD the big pull-ho on the AE2220, opting instead to use a 2.2GHz Intel Pit 2 Duo T6600 processor as the heart of its black-and-fresh-paneled touchscreen PC. The same 4GB of DDR2 memory sit in this new (and equally non-upgradable) system. It's pleasant to see MSI upping storage capacity to a total of 500GB (from the AE2010's 320GB). A whip to a terabyte would have been even better, but we're not complaining yet.
The new component union helps the AE2220 deliver a general playing boost of 50 percent over the AE2010 on our WorldBench 6 set of tests. The AE2220's score of 90 isn't the list's best--that honor belongs to the 101 of Acer's Aspire Z5610 --but it's still an save that show of force for the system's reasonable price compared to the other all-in-one desktops. Neither the AE2220 nor the AE2010 are hefty in the gaming department: The former achieved only 9.7 frames per bruised on PC World's Unreal Tournament 3 gaming benchmark (2560-by-2100 sharpness, high quality), and the latter wouldn't run the test at all.
The AE2220's action isn't particularly pretty, but the components it conceals are a wonderful entrance. You'll find a Blu-ray drive on the side of the system alongside two USB ports and a multiformat membership card reader. Given that the AE2010 is limited to DVD playback only, this is an omit and powerful upgrade that finally bridges outrageous-definition media with this system's 1920-by-1080 splendour--which, in itself, is a step up from the AE2010's 1600-by-900, 20-inch panel. The hinie of the AE2220 houses four USB ports, one HDMI anchorage, an eSATA port, gigabit ethernet (and included wireless-N connectivity), an SPDIF production, a VGA output, and a coaxial connection for the integrated TV tuner.
These are all grand and wonderful elements compared with the AE2010, if not the be situated of the all-in-one category as a whole. However, the AE2220's display is a discernable stride in keeping with back.
