How do I restore my Fujitsu Lifebook to factory defaults without the recovery discs?

I bought a advance user Fujitsu S Series Lifebook, it has developed problems and I would like to return it to it's factory default articulate.

I received no recovery discs and was told the backup was on a hidden partition.

If you don't have the instructions go to the makes forum and see if anyone has
asked already.If not ask.Before you do it remember to turn off System
Restore.

when it boots up, it says what to hit to register setup, go to fujitsu or your operating system and get a list of it's command prompts, in setup go into command prompts, and use whatever occasion they have for restore, or default settings.

Where can I find a Fujitsu Lifebook t4310 keyboard replacement?

Several keys on my Fujitsu Lifebook t4310 have stopped working. According to GeekSquad, all I paucity to do is order a replacement keyboard and they'll install it--unfortunately, I can't seem to find one online. Does anyone know where I might find one?
