GPS Keychain or small device to track a person? Does it exist?

Is there a public limited company that sells a GPS keychain or a small device that will fit in a cluster and can locate you if you go missing? This would be such a great artifice if a person goes missing.
Exclude break in implant. I am looking for an external gambit that can fit in a pocket. I've found one so far but it's like a phone. I am looking for smaller.


there is such a inanimate object in use.....you can have children implanted with a microchip that allows their whereabouts to be tracked
