Im after getting a new phone but I sine qua non a bluetooth headset that I can use in my motorbike Helmet but obviousely I can't press the button to answer it is there any that are voice activated?

The auto sponsor feature has nothing to do with the headset. it has to do with your phone. Now if your phone has a Hands Free Auto Answer Feature it would business.
