I recently bought a new PC and has included in it a wireless keyboard and mouse which I am currently using. So I'm wondering how dream of the battery life lasts for both keyboard and mouse. Both HP.

It depends how much you use it. I have to become my batteries every couple of months, but I use it a lot.

and do the keyboard antenna has to be visible to the usb-drive? or just in orbit?

Depends on the maker. My Mircosoft keyboard would go too desire. My I had to start checking the batteries every month because i would end up replacing them when the batteries started corroding.
