II'm in the long run trying a Mac Mini but only have windows equipment.

The keyboard should employment fine I plug my normal mouse into my macbook all the time, it doesn't need to be installed or anything ethical put into the USB port. Pretty simple, or so it should be.

I am bothersome to help someone with their wireless keyboard & mouse but don't usually do much of this stuff. They have a PC that has been setup with an A/B Switch so that they can swap between computer screens.
The pretty pickle is that the computer links with the Keyboard and mouse when it boots. If they wanted to re-associate the RF transmitter and the keyboard and mouse each time they lash it would be ok. However, it's not a practical solution.
