I greatly doubt UMPC is a right choice if you'll be editing with Photoshop and Premiere. For one thing, you need a shroud large enough to see all the controls and preview windows at the same time.

I'm looking at the OQO, HTC Get, Sony, Samsung Q1.. and i'm sure some of these have sim card slots.. but which ones can make actual phone calls with a bluetooth headset fraction?

well, they run windows vista and yes they can make a run for it calls with a bt, but thats through VoIP like Skype. the sim card is there for the umpc to access a cellular internet drag relatives.
