the wireless keyboard is giving me problems. like when i font it will skip letters.. like if i was to type Hello people it would be hel pele

What you are experiencing is the very grounds I gave up my wireless stuff and went back to the wired. It's USB, but at least if I hit a key it types. I don't have an explanation for your problem, I'm sorry to say. I be uncertain if HP does either.

My wireless keyboard well-deserved stopped working, nothing will light up, both the mouse and keyboard run on 1 usb adapter and the mouse is working fine i due cant get the keyboard to do anything (and yes i put new batteries in it ) what should i do?
Record the keyboard with the receiver.
Push the register button on the receiver to broadcast a signal. push the button on the bottom of the keyboard to over the handshake.
This should reconnect them.
