Can I repurpous my wireless keyboard USB reviever to work as an adapter for my wireless router?

I have a Wireless keyboard from Micrsoft, and it's one of those ones that is only a simple USB adapter (it sorta looks like a flash memory stick), and I've been wondering if I could use it to get internet from my Linksys wireless router.

Large a wireless device like a keyboard operates on a bluetooth standard. This is why the range of the link is so limited(around 15 feet). The signal that is broadcasted operates in a 802.11 exemplar depending on the router.
