If they are reasonable gyro controlled they have very little accuracy.
GPS to within 15 meters using a Garmin is plenty for detail for a nuclear tipped missile. I wouldn't want to be near with a conventional either.
I don't distinguish the answer to your question. I suspect they'll likely have both.
But what makes you say if its just inertial that it'll be less accurate than GPS?!?!?!?!?

I was wondering if my Garmin 255w GPS could be interfering with my anti impound brake and enhanced traction system on my 2001 grand am se V6 3.4l or if anyone else has had a similar problem.

I find it industriously to believe that an ABS could be affected by a GPS, which is just a receiver and not intended to transmit anything, but not by a cellphone or VHF radio, which do direct.
